1. The RunUpShoot Services
RunUpShoot ® services are intended for scientists as part of their RIPH (Research Involving the Human Person) comparative sample studies.
Indeed, in order to support Data-Managers, Biostatisticians and investigating healthcare professionals, RunUpShoot ® offers biomedical data management and exploitation services with his Macro-programs.
Usable on SAS ® decision computing software and allowing the best possible supervision of data processing procedures, the Macro-programs:
- popularize the use of SAS ® with the help of accessible functionalities;
- respect the stages of validation and use of data;
- reduce the risk of error through warning messages;
- increase work efficiency on repetitive tasks;
- ensure transparency of the operations carried out.
Also, three services make up the Software in order to intervene on a Database and establish Reports:
- First, Preparation Service which allows to establish a Database and to start the process of Freezing of this Database;
- Then, STAT Service which allows the edition of Report from each frozen Database;
- Finally, VIEW Service which allows interrogation of the licensed Database, as well as the edition of Reports from this Database.
The service of Freeze makes it possible to pass from the Preparation Service to the STAT Service on the desired data set.
Moreover, as our brand indicates, any Result established by the Software may lead to Publication on our WebSite.
You will also notice that the bottom of the Results announcement is color coded in order to distinguish their level of transparency:
White: Raw royalty-free data High level of transparency / reliability |
---|
Yellow: Raw data available for consultation Average level of transparency / reliability |
Red: Raw data not available Low level of transparency / reliability |
For more information about our services, you can consult our Terms of Use.
2. The RunUpShoot Macro-programs
First of all, the pre-freezing programs (Preparation Service) supervise the validation of RIPH data. They allow to:
- structure the study table in order to prepare its exploitation via post-freeze programs;
- identify missing or inconsistent data predefined or defined by the user;
- establish data management reports and data clarification forms;
- describe the data to freeze using queries, dictionaries, flat-sort / cross-sort tables;
- freeze a range of study data with the service provider.
Then, the post-freezing programs (STAT and VIEW Services) supervise the exploitation of RIPH data. They allow to:
- recode frozen variables by creating other variables;
- identify the original variables of the variables created used during the analyzes;
- describe the study data using univariate / multivariate tables and graphs;
- perform numerous parametric and non-parametric statistical tests;
- analyze random / correlated data using linear / logistic / Cox models;
- select factors in a model with a backward elimination;
- validate the analyzes via diagnostic graphs, the Akaike criterion, descriptions;
- format the results on rtf, pdf and html files;
- continue to exploit frozen data in an unframed manner (in STAT Service).
